I've approved 3 altered antennas on my TV. First was an antenna from the dollar store. I anticipation I could do better so I again bought a $9.95 RCA branded antenna from Best Buy. Still absent more I bought this Philips model. Bottom line: they all accomplish about the same. I anticipate I got one added approach on the Philips than the others but because radio after-effects are fickle I can't consistently get a account if acquainted to that approach anyway.
